Lavender: Floral, herbaceous and calming. Well known as an aid to calm and sooth. Sedative properties make Lavender essential oil a wonderful oil to help relax, fight stress and to promote sleep.
Chamomile: Floral, fruity and herbaceous. Helpful with anxiety and stress. Chamomile is known to be especially helpful in combating insomnia.
Cedarwood: Warm, soothing, helps reduce anxiety and stress.
*Cedarwood also works to increase the levels of serotonin, assisting in relaxation and sleep.
Other ingredients: Soy and Coconut wax.
Makers Tip: I always have a blend of lavender, chamomile and pea flower tea on hand, or a simple chamomile herbal tea. Steep a warm cup of tea, add a little honey...also known for soothing qualities. Drink in the company of your Sleep Well candle....sweet dreams!
