Makers Tip. I always have this blend of essential oils (+ carrier oil) on hand and especially in my travel bag (I am not the best air traveller). Just the act of applying the blend to the wrist or temples brings a feeling of control and stress relief. To increase the impact of the candle aroma, I love to place a few drops of this blend my palm and cup my hands over my nose and take a few deep breaths. You can rub your hands on your pillow or cushion for further comfort.
