Kim Plimley is a ceramic artist based in Glasgow, Scotland, specialising in handmade, functional pottery. Her journey with clay began in 2019 after falling in love with wheel throwing during a workshop at the Glasgow Ceramic Studio. Since then, she has been dedicated to creating unique, small-batch ceramics designed to enhance your home and daily rituals.
Drawing inspiration from the dramatic and ever-changing landscapes of the Scottish Highlands - where she spent a decade living in the Cairngorms National Park - her work reflects the organic textures and earthy tones of nature. From lichen-inspired glazes to intricate hand-carved details, each piece is thoughtfully designed to bring a touch of Scotland’s beauty into your space.
