A little story about juniper — rooted in the Highlands and shared with Dutch distillers. The word “gin” comes from the Dutch jenever, meaning juniper. In the nineteenth century, Highland juniper berries were gathered and exported to gin makers, while juniper wood fuelled hidden whisky stills deep in the glens.
This scent fuses those stories with the peppery aroma of crushed black juniper berries, bitter citrus peel, sparkling black pepper and herbaceous thyme, softened with delicate rose petals.
